1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Fitsmeo, operated by ORGANTIS TEKNOLOJI ANONIM SIRKETI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to access it through unauthorized means, disrupting its operation or using it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

3. Purchases and billing

Fitsmeo is free to use. Optional one-time in-app purchases are processed through the App Store and managed with RevenueCat. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable; refund requests are handled by Apple through your App Store account.

4. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fitsmeo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Nothing here removes any protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of your own country of residence.
