Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how Fitsmeo, operated by ORGANTIS TEKNOLOJI ANONIM SIRKETI ("we", "us"), collects, uses and shares information when you use our website and applications. We collect only what we need to operate and improve the service.

Information we collect

  • Account details you provide, such as your email address.
  • The outfit photos you post, and the votes you cast on other people's.
  • Usage and device information generated as you interact with the app.
  • Whether you have bought the one-time Full Verdict unlock.

Third-party services

We rely on the following third-party services. Each processes data only for the stated purpose:

Firebase (Authentication, Crashlytics, Analytics)
Account authentication, crash diagnostics and basic usage analytics to keep the app stable and secure.
PostHog (Product analytics)
Understanding how features are used so we can improve the product. Events are tied to a pseudonymous identifier.
Adjust (Attribution)
Measuring which marketing channels bring new users, using device and campaign identifiers.
RevenueCat (Purchases)
Managing in-app purchases, including receipt validation and entitlement status.
OneSignal (Push notifications)
Delivering push notifications you've opted into, using a device push token.
Setgreet (Onboarding and in-app flows)
Rendering guided screens inside the app, such as the welcome flow, and measuring which of them people complete.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account from inside the app at any time. Open the Profile tab and choose Delete Account. No email, no form and no waiting for us to action it. If you would rather ask us to do it, email hello@fitsmeo.com from the address on the account.

Deleting your account removes:

  • Every outfit you posted, and the photos themselves
  • Your profile, email address and sign-in identity
  • Any reports you filed and anyone you blocked

One thing is kept, and it is worth explaining. Votes you cast on other people’soutfits are stripped of any link to you, but the vote itself stays counted. Those votes are already part of someone else’s published score. Removing them would rewrite another person’s result after the fact, turning a settled verdict into a different one. What is erased is the connection between you and the vote. What remains is an anonymous tally that can no longer be traced back to you.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. We do not keep a shadow copy of a deleted account.
